As Charleston’s premiere boutique hotel, Zero George has been designed to appeal to sophisticated travelers for business as well as leisure.
Circa 1804, the eighteen studios and suites are located in a landscaped enclave surrounded by three Charleston residences and two brick carriage houses. All guestrooms feature original architectural elements including heart pine floors, high ceilings, period millwork details and classic piazzas.

Juxtaposing Charleston’s period architecture, the hotels décor is southern sophistication with a contemporary twist – reminiscent of a spacious, well appointed and comfortably furnished private home.
The guestrooms décor draws from Charleston’s history as a colonial port and European connections. The “British Trade” motif is a classic and tailored finish, the “French Romantic” features a light and soft impression, and the ‘Yachting Design’ draws on the classic American yachting design palate. The residences’ private piazzas are furnished with wicker and wrought iron furnishings, allowing guests to casually lounge or breakfast while overlooking the Garden Courtyard.
